My life in flowers

Flowers & Such has been an independent Florist in the village of Copthorne, for many years. We work closely with our customers, local businesses, corporate clients and event venues to create unique flowers and offer outstanding customer care.

Six years ago the business was taken over by Libby, who has since re-styled the shop and keeps it stocked with many unique varities of seasonal flowers. I have always had an artistic flare and since a very young age I've gained quite an extensive knowledge of garden flowers from my Mum and Nan. It wasn't until I completed my A-Levels that I realised that 'the office life' wasn't for me. Florsitry was the natural choice- it's the only thing I've ever really wanted to do!

I then went onto complete my Level 2 Floristry at Brinsbury College. Following that, have worked in several local Florists gaining extensive knowledge and experience of the industry. A highlight of my training included working for a prestigious London Florist (who was at the time a concession in Harrods). I pride myself on my keen eye for detail and strive for perfection in everything I make.

Alongside Floristry, I have always had an interest in colour and design, as the two go hand in hand. The natural progression for the shop was to introduce plants, gifts and homeware! We now offer an extensive range of flower services, in particular Wedding Flowers. I am proud to say all of the floral designs featured on our website are unique to us and are made using the best quality fresh flowers. As a business, I am proud we are at the heart of the local community and love the support our customers give us.
